The following documents are required to bring for Pre-enrollment:
Birth Certificate
Shot records
Proof of residency ( electric bill, water bill, property tax, lease agreement)
Driver's License
CDIB card, if applicable

Due to the road conditions caused by today's storms, our buses may not be able to travel on their normal routes. You are encouraged to pick your students up instead of them riding the bus.
