Student Enrollment


UPDATE – All returning students K-12 (students who attended Checotah Public Schools last school year)
should complete the online enrollment forms below.


 ONLINE ENROLLMENT FORM



Marshall Elementary will have pre-k and new student (students who did not attend Marshall last school year) enrollment
July 26, 27, & 28 from 9:00-3:00. Enrollment forms are now available, and can be found in the black cabinet in front of
Marshall. Please complete the forms and return them with all the required documents. We encourage parents to return
these forms as soon as possible starting on July 26th. Pre-k enrollment is limited and late enrollees may not be accepted. 

-Required documents: Birth certificate, shot record, proof of residency, and CDIB card if applicable. 

-Pre-k students must turn 4 by Sept. 1, 2022 and MUST BE fully potty trained. 

-DO NOT drop off completed forms in the black cabinet. ALL COMPLETED forms must be turned in to office personnel.

-We will accept forms starting July 26th.

THE TRACK WILL BE CLOSED DURING CONSTRUCTION UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

 

As of August 24, 2021, in an effort to stay in line with the health department recommendations,
going forward Checotah Public Schools will require:

 

  • If a student has tested positive, they must be home for 10 days
  • If a student has been quarantined because of contact tracing, they have two choices
    • Stay home for 10 days or
    • Stay home for 5 days before taking a test and, if negative and with no symptoms, can return on the 7th day
